Turnaround time:

ORDERS WILL SHIP APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN NOV 13 - NOV 20. WE ASK THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WE WILL HAVE THOUSANDS OF ORDERS AND SOME WILL BE RECEIVED BEFORE OTHERS. 

Most cases you will receive a lot sooner than the date above. Orders placed separately will arrive at different times. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges under any circumstances. If there is a glitch in the system where it allows you to order more than 3 at a time, your order will be canceled in the following days. Please do not attempt to order more than 3 per order.

Please check your order before paying. The system only receives the info you put in. We again, can not alter anything after payment is made. 

Once the order is placed, we can not change sizes, address, sex or cancel order under any circumstances. Items that are shipped back to us due to an error in the address left at checkout or an error on the USPS, customer will have to pay $10 for the re ship via cash app or invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We kindly ask that customers do not call or stop into our locations with questions about this sale. Staff at the locations do not have access to online orders. Please email us with your order number, allow up to 48-96 hours for a response due to volume.

We can not take orders after the sale is off the site. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE HUMAN AND MISTAKES HAPPEN. IN THE EVENT THAT A MISTAKE IS MADE OR AN ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED AND IT IS OUR FAULT AFTER THE DUE DATE, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND. WE WILL NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT HOODY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
